I just traded my Hummer in for a new 3/4 ton Dodge 4WD Mega Cab. Some people think I drive this type of vehicle to compensate for my "short comings" but they are wrong. That is what the Harley is for.

Threw away educational opportunities
by Cabin in the woods ini actually wrote this late last night and when i tried to submit it i was rejected.
the reason for that is still a mystery to me and i vowed not to rewrite it as it would mean visiting myself and that is never easy.
sometimes as i look through the site and read to many posts i marvel at the beauty of the words and the complexity of the reasoning.

I graduated high school in 1980 and wanted to go to college. I gave into the pressure not to go which included several discussions with elders and the co. I guess the desire to attend college never died and in 1995 I applied for admission and was accepted at the University of Minnesota and graduated in 2001 (I was working full time so it took a little longer). I won't go into the details too much as I have had a few Newcastle's this evening but the moral of the story is that if I can do it, ANYONE CAN! Just follow your heart.

I'll be wearing jeans, biker boots, a leather jacket, and a t-shirt that says "I'd rather be sailing." My pallbearers will be 6 women of questionable reputation. One of the songs will be Personal Jesus by Marilyn Manson and another one will be Norman Greenbaum's Spirit in the Sky. Also Solace by Scott Joplin.

Tattoo you?

and lately i've been thinking about getting a tattoo somewhere on my body, possiblely my lower back.
my sister has one there and i think it's really cool.

I don't have any tattoos but a lot of my friends do. I did hear an interesting tidbit on the radio just a few days ago. If a woman gets a tattoo on the small of her back (and a lot of women have them there), there is a really good chance that she will not be able to have an epidural while delivering a baby because the tattoo might cause contamination. I don't know how valid this statement was, but you ladies out there might want to find out if you are thinking about having babies one day.

calling all young single men
by devinsmom inwew, well my divorce is finally...final, as of today and what a long hard road it has been, and unfortunatly more hardships are to come, since we have a child together.
my ex tried to delay it just yesterday by faxing a sloppy handwritten note to the judge, to tell him he couldnt make it because he doesnt have a license,(suspended for dwi) and hasnt attended any of the hearings at all.
he owes me over $5,000 for child support (deadbeat dad).
